I like how Microsoft thinks its OK to force people to jump through all kinds of loopholes just to even find the proper place to disable automatic renewals. Once I found the right place to disable the renewal I couldn’t, why? Was it because I had disabled the auto-renew previously? Who knows.
The next thing I was going to try was to remove my credit card information from my profile, which currently they have an expired CC. I get a message saying I cannot delete, again an expired credit card, because there is a service using it? WHAT? What service? What the fuck are you talking about?
Compare this bull shit to something say Blizzard offers, where a few clicks and the auto-renewals are removed. So I ask you Microsoft, why must you be so fucking retarded when it comes to one of the simplest things? I’m almost 100% positive I’m not the first person to come across this issue either.
