Since my last Ulduar update we have made great progress. Taking down Mimiron followed by General Vezax this past week. There hasn’t been a Yogg-Saron kill on our server so that is still our current goal. We have started back on the road to madness this week only taking out Flame Levithan, XT-002, Kologarn and Auriaya last night. We were having issues all night which doesn’t put a positive note in the minds of a few of our newest recruits, who all have been doing an amazing job by the way. Over the past few weeks our super-awesome-fantastic webmistress Furelise has been hard at work relaunching Carpe Diem’s Guild website, and it is finally here! It’s super neato with all the fancy bells and whistles anyone could want in a little community. Things are still being tweaked daily but we are getting there. I forgot to mention on my last post that I got one of the new tanking enchants last night Formula: Enchant Weapon – Blade Ward. So if your on Thunderhorn-US and need one, look me up.

Sunday was our fourth day in Ulduar and we made huge progress. Ignis the Furnace Master, Iron Council, Kologarn, Auriaya and Hodir all took dirt naps. Most of which were 2 or 3 tries before a kill.

For our 2nd week of Ulduar we decided to push as hard as we can, skipping optional bosses such as Ignis and Razorscale and going directly through Flame Levithan and XT-002 and on to Kologarn and Auriana. We are up against Reset for server first Yogg-Saron kill and decided to go directly for him this week. Right now we are practising not failing at Mimiron ‘frogger’ and the Mimiron encounter.
