Back in the original WoW days I had all but one piece of Tier 0. I never spent the insane amount of time and money to upgrade it to Tier 0.5. I only had a few pieces of Tier 1. No Tier 2, although I was next inline for a helm from Onyxia. No Tier 2.5 (a.k.a. ZG/AQ20 sets) and no Tier 3 or 3.5 (AQ40).
During our raid last night when I was sitting out on Blood Boil I decided to start cleaning out my bank a bit. Looking through all my bags for anything that could be just taking up extra space I found my entire Tier 4 set. How it brough back horrible memories of spending whole nights just one or two bosses of Karazhan. Well, I decided to disenchant it all, but not after taking a screen shot just for the memories.

When I joined Carpe Diem they were about half way or more into SSC so I only managed to snag one piece of Tier 5, which is still my favourite set because it is fairly plain but still looks cool. And as of this post I’m sitting with my awesome 4 piece bonus in my Tier 6 gear.
Last night my WoW guild Carpe Diem finished off Black Temple and much to our surprise, a Warglaive of Azzinoth dropped! It had already been decided that the first set would go to one of our rogues, Tapit. As far as I know the officers haven’t decided on the next person to get the set (should another OH drop before a MH). Fun fact about Tapit’s new sword, thats my Mongoose enchant!

Yesterday was a holiday here in Canada, Victoria Day. Here’s a run down of my weekend.
Friday myself and a few friends got together for an Xbox LAN out in Emo. The games of choice were of course, Halo 3 and a bit of Halo 2. As usual everyone won some games and everyone lost some, but fun was had all around all evening.
Saturday was just another day, nothing very interesting happed nor did I go anywhere.
Sunday my WoW guild finished off Mt. Hyjal. We have successfully cleared both Tier 6 raid instances in one week. We had about 30 minutes left of our raid night so we poked our heads into the newest raid instance, Sunwell. We didn’t get terribly far (just a few trash packs down) but it gives us a good idea of what it will be like when we do get there full time. Hopefully we can shave a day off our BT/Hyjal clear and get a full night in the Sunwell soon!
Monday, I went to visit my grandparents in Rainy River for a few hours. They had a DVD player they needed setup so I took care of that. But when I went to play a movie to test it out we kept getting a disk error. We tried six different DVD’s and even a couple of CD’s. We determined the player was shot and needs to be returned.
Back to work today, lets hope it goes by quickly.
My World of Warcraft guild, Carpe Diem has finally gotten Black Temple down to a two day clear. Hopefully we will be able to finish off Mount Hyjal in one night soon, and I’m hoping we can start learning the newest raiding instances bosses in The Sunwell. I’ve managed to acquire my 4 piece Tier 6 bonus (+5% damage on main spells) and it has helped my damage quite a bit.
Patch 2.4.2 had been released this Tuesday, and it changed some things with the Archimonde encounter that made it pretty difficult to manage. But today there was a blue post stating they hot fixed it to be like it was pre-2.4.2.
